They must not be damaged, soiled, or show visible signs of use.

They must be in their original packaging and with an undamaged label (if applicable).

All accompanying documents must be included (cash receipt/invoice, waybill, etc.).
Attention (Art. 54, para. 4 of the CPA): The consumer is responsible for the reduced value
of the goods, caused by testing them beyond what is necessary to
establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
